Meghan Markle's Highly Coveted Boots Were Made to Be Worn With Skinny Jeans
Today in London, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry attended a somber event leading up to Remembrance Sunday, which commemorates those lost in the two World Wars. Given the formality of the occasion, Markle dressed in a long navy coat by Canadian brand Sentaler, a coordinating Philip Treacy hat, and boots by one of her favorite shoe brands, Tamara Mellon. (It was likely not a coincidence that they represent the season's biggest shoe trend: knee-high boots.)
While the slouchy boots looked amazing with the long coat and dress (or skirt) she wore underneath it, the boots were actually specifically designed to be worn with skinny jeans and were even created in collaboration with popular denim brand Frame. In addition to Markle's black pair, the boots also come in a perfect brown shade, and there's also an over-the-knee version. The collection was clearly very popular, as all styles are close to selling out (but not to fear—the sold-out sizes are available for pre-order). We'll be patiently waiting for Markle to wear them with skinny jeans but in the meantime, you can.
Keep scrolling to see Markle's outfit and shop the boots as well as similar pairs that are a bit more budget-friendly (although hers are certainly worth every penny).
