Hand on Heart, These 19 Marks and Spencer Sandals Genuinely Look Designer
I'll be honest with you: If there's one thing I'm reluctant to pay top dollar for, it's shoes. Don't get me wrong. I love designer shoes, but when you're as hard on shoes as I am (I blame this on being generally clumsy and prone to tripping), you come to terms with the fact that Jimmy Choos and Manolo Blahniks just aren't a sound investment for you. As such, I've also become quite adept at finding excellent shoes at affordable prices. This brings me to my point. I'm genuinely very impressed by Marks and Spencer shoes, particularly M&S sandals.

As someone who's between sizes and has wide feet, it's always been hard for me to find shoes that are actually comfortable and that I can wear on repeat. That was until I discovered that M&S has shoe styles that cater to both of my footwear needs. Now, I'll sing the praises of the brand's shoes to anyone who'll listen or, in this case, read.
This summer, more and more people seem to be coming round to the M&S sandal way of thinking. Of course, we've already charted the rise of its leather flip-flops, which provide an affordable alternative to the sell-out The Row pair. Miraculously, they're still in stock in all three colourways, so I've included them in my edit for you below. However, Marks and Spencer is no one-trick pony when it comes to its shoe department. In fact, I'd say there are a few pairs which I even prefer to the cult flip-flops. Indeed, the impossible has happened.

From luxe gold-ring details that look as if they've walked straight off the Chloé runway to quilted Velcro straps that wouldn't look out of place in a Chanel window display, sleek silhouettes and premium fabrications, scroll on to see and shop the M&S sandals that look and feel way more expensive than their price tags.
