How This Fitness Influencer and Founder Stays Productive and Focused All Morning

If you follow wellness and fitness content on social media, chances are you’ll probably be familiar with Mari Llewellyn. The influencer, who documented her fitness journey on Instagram, turned entrepreneur, has parlayed her passions for health and wellness into two successful businesses. From creating the popular workout app, Slay, to co-founding Bloom Nutrition, a line of superfood powders that have gone viral on TikTok, Llewellyn is just getting started.
We asked the fitness entrepreneur how she starts her busy workdays. Keep scrolling to see her #1 tip for staying productive and focused all morning.
6:30 A.M.
I like to get movement in to start my day right, so the first thing I do when I wake up is pick out an activewear set. My favorite shoes to work out in right now are my Hoka Bondi 8 running sneakers.
7 A.M.
I always start with going on a run around the neighborhood with my pup Lulu, followed by some ab exercises from my workout app, Slay.
I love switching up my workouts — I will weight train most days a week but also incorporate pilates and long walks into my routine. It’s super important for me to get moving each day because it helps me stay focused and productive.
8 A.M.
Before eating breakfast, I'll drink my Bloom Nutrition Greens and Superfoods Powder. They’re full of whole fruits, vegetables, and probiotics and are amazing for bloating and digestion. I am so excited that you can now find Bloom on shelves at Target stores across the country.
After my greens, I make myself some breakfast, which is two eggs, turkey bacon, gluten-free toast, and strawberries! I pretty much eat the same breakfast each day.
8:30 A.M.
Time to shower and get ready for the day! I’ve had a long journey with my skin, I used to struggle with cystic acne, so now I am working on taking care of the acne scars. I’ve been really enjoying the products from the Jan Marini line.
After my morning skincare routine, I'll move on to some natural and fresh makeup. I start with my Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter, followed by Ilia Super Skin Tint SPF 40. Next, I'll add Fenty Match Stix Matte Contour, my favorite Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush, and finally, fill in my brows with the Anatasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Pencil and I’m good to go!
9 A.M.
After I get dressed, it's time to head to the office to get my workday started on all things Bloom.
