I think we can all agree that glam squads deserve more credit. Hairstylists, makeup artists, and nail techs work behind the scenes to create stunning looks and help stars look their best on the red carpet. One of the most talented in the biz is Mara Roszak, a celebrity hairstylist, the co-owner of Mare Salon, and the founder of the cult-favorite clean-haircare brand, Rōz Hair. She's basically a hair whisperer for A-list clients including Hailey Bieber, Cara Delevingne, Olivia Wilde, and Zoe Saldana. "I have such a unique view into what people are looking for when it comes to their hair," she tells me. "I hear the daily struggles that people are having, and I've always been able to help. It's a true gift to be able to provide these solutions that come naturally to me."
According to Roszak, the products in your routine are vital to your hair health. "After living and breathing products for 20 years, good ones really do make such a difference," she says. By 2021, she had a kit full of go-tos that gave her clients gorgeous, bouncy hair.
