If I Could Switch Wardrobes With Anyone Right Now, It'd Be Lucy Boynton
Regardless of whether you’ve seen Bohemian Rhapsody, you've likely noticed a new face on the fashion circuit this year. The film’s female lead, actress Lucy Boynton, has been blazing a couture trail since the Queen biopic's premiere back in November 2018, which continued right through award season. Now, as she’s been busy promoting her latest project, Netflix’s much-anticipated The Politician, Lucy has cemented her status as Brit fashion’s new darling.
The 25-year-old, whose breakout roles in Murder on the Orient Express and Sing Street, has been working with stylist Leith Clark. Leaning into Lucy's whimsical sense of style, Leith has helped her star carve her place in the fashion world.
Lucy's red carpet penchant for pastel tones and ethereal gowns is equally matched by her flair for retro, off-duty dressing—think button-down shirts with pressed collars, suede heeled loafers, and ’70s tablecloth florals. Needless to say, we’re a tad obsessed. Keep scrolling to see our favourite Lucy Boynton looks to date, and we guarantee you will be, too.
