New Look's Love Island T-Shirt

Love it or loathe it, there's no escaping Love Island this summer as the reality TV show has taken over our Facebook feeds, our WhatsApp groups… and now even the high street? And we're not just talking about the personalised water bottles (if you're a fan, you'll know what I mean). Given slogan T-shirts have spiked in popularity this year, it's not surprising that brands are quick to jump aboard the Love Island phenomenon by printing catchphrases on tees.

Primark's T-shirts sold out almost instantly and have been selling for five times the price on eBay (WHAT?), and now New Look has restocked its sold-out white T-shirt with the phrase "On Paper He's My Type" written across the chest. Granted, this tee isn't something we'd normally recommend our readers buy, but if your WhatsApp group has ideas of wearing one for your finale party, you should approach your Love Island merch shopping like buying a new Rixo dress—be quick, as they won't be around for long at all.
