It might be summer and we may have just enjoyed a streak of glorious weather, but let us not forget, this is Britain, and it always pays to have a stylish pair of jeans within arms reach for the days where temperatures are on the cooler side. Even still, on the most beautiful of summer days, the evenings are distinctly chillier, so jeans remain a sensible nighttime outfit solution wherever you're headed. This point was proven when, at designer Veronica Beard's summer fair in London, two of my favourite Instagram dressers stepped out in matching jeans-and-vest outfits. So, let's take a closer look at the jeans themselves, shall we?

Monikh Dale and Lindsey Holland are known for their respective styles, both of which are effortless, relying on an expertly-curated selection of items they can throw on at whim, knowing the outcome will still look put-together. So, I had to take note when they both opted for the same identical jeans—Veronica Beard's Taylor wide-leg pair.

Unlike skinny jeans, wide-leg styles are ideal for balmy summer days as the exaggerated silhouette allows for more air to circulate underneath the jean, keeping you cooler in the process. With a stylish distress to the knee acting as a vent of sorts, there's zero risk of overheating. Given the fact that two major London fashion people chose to wear the exact same jeans on the same night, I have a feeling these Taylor jeans are going to start cropping up all over my feed and the streets of the capital in no time at all.
