Lindsay Lohan Just Landed a New Netflix Movie—Get All the Details
Brace yourselves: Lindsay Lohan is returning to acting. Netflix just announced that it has tapped her to star in an upcoming rom-com film to be released around Christmas. "Lindsay Lohan will star in a new romantic comedy about a newly engaged and spoiled hotel heiress who finds herself in the care of a handsome, blue-collar lodge owner and his precocious daughter after getting total amnesia in a skiing accident," Netflix said in a statement.
I didn't have Lohan's holiday movie on my 2021 bingo card, but it's a pleasant surprise to see her return to her acting roots. The rest of the cast has not yet been announced, but we'll be anxiously awaiting more details about the 2000s icon's comeback. In the meantime, scroll down to revisit her top five most iconic roles.

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 14 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Kate and Meghan stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible.
