While we were busy hatching a sartorial plan of attack for Cyber Monday, Lindsay Lohan's boyfriend of two years, Bader Shammas, was planning something of his own—a proposal. On Sunday, the Mean Girls actress took to Instagram to announce the result of said plan to her 9.8 million followers. She shared four images of the couple as well as a third addition to their family: a massive diamond ring from Harry Winston (nice). "My love. My life. My family. My future," she captioned the slideshow.

According to WP Diamonds CEO Andrew Brown, Lohan's new rock "appears to be a [three carat] cushion or radiant solitaire set in a simple yellow-gold setting." Though timeless in design, her ring style is actually one of this year's top engagement ring trends, with cushion-cut rings growing increasingly popular among celebrities such as Lily Collins, who got married in September. Next in line is Lohan.
