Suddenly I Want to Dress Like Gwyneth Paltrow in Sliding Doors

The 1998 film Sliding Doors starring Gwyneth Paltrow might not be considered a "fashion film" despite that famous pixie crop, but there's one item the actress wears throughout the movie that I want to buy right now. As part of the '90s revival, leather blazers are making a comeback, and Gwyneth's black fitted leather jacket she wears with a black turtleneck is a perfect style.

Kim Kardashian West and Kendall Jenner have both been wearing boxy leather vintage-style jackets—a silhouette that is fast becoming the cooler alternative to the classic biker. Ganni's belted double-breasted blazer jacket and Joseph's structured faux-leather blazer are our favourites we've spotted this season both in stores and on the streets, while Vestiaire Collective is a treasure trove of vintage Hermès and Chanel leather blazers.

Style Notes: Gwyneth's blazer in Sliding Doors is fitted on her shoulders, and she always styled it with a black turtleneck.

Style Notes: Kendall Jenner embraced the retro feel here, opting for an oversized boxy vintage jacket with long sleeves and dramatic lapels.

Style Notes: KKW's vintage leather blazer is more fitted with the silhouette of a classic blazer. Of course, you can decide to wear it with more clothes…
