I'm Officially in a Committed Relationship With This New Brow Duo—Here's the 411

You want to talk about brows? Because I want to talk about brows. I have a funny history with mine—I didn't really think about them until about eight years ago, when I realized just how unruly they were. I dragged my butt to the nearest Benefit and had my brows waxed and tinted for the very first time. (The thought of going a full 24 years without even touching them kind of makes me sick, but that's a tale for another time.) I guess you could say the rest is history. These days, my brows are top of mind. I get them laminated every two months, so I'm always cycling through products and looking for ones that are especially good at enhancing my brows' color and shape in between sessions. And as always, when I least expect it, I cross paths with something so special I'll drop every other brow product for it.

I'm officially in a committed relationship with the Lawless Brow Duo ($32). Let me start with the pencil: It adds the perfect definition. The oval shape makes it incredibly easy to fill in sparse areas without needing to be too precise. And as for the brow wax (who doesn't love a brow wax?), the creamy formula delivers fuller brows, and that's really what's important. Even my co-workers think it's a power duo that's worth your attention. Keep scrolling for everyone's take.

"The texture of this brow wax is genuinely perfect—not so sticky that it feels gross but sticky enough that it freezes every single eyebrow hair into place. The color was spot on, too. (I used light/medium.) It's a great product for those of us who aren't so amazing at makeup. Speaking of which, I went in with the brow pencil after to fill in some spots, but I'm pretty sure that step typically comes first. (I told you I wasn't a makeup pro.) I tend to prefer a thinner pencil, especially one that I can sharpen because it leaves me less room for error, so I struggled with this one a bit. I'll practice and report back!"

"I'll be completely honest: This was my first time using a brow duo, and I'm not mad about the results. I have naturally darker eyebrows, so I tend to avoid filling them in, but the blondie and light/medium shades perfectly enhanced them without making them look too intense. The brow pencil was super creamy and easy to use, and the brow wax kept them in place until I did my nighttime skincare routine. Consider me converted!"

"While I did like the final results, it took a bit of finagling to get there. The color of the pencil I used was very pigmented, which I think is perfect for someone with a sparser brow. I already have a bold brow, so I had to use gentler strokes when applying. When it came to the brow gel, things got a little messy. The tip of the wand took on a little bit more wax than it could handle, so I had to scrape it off onto the sides of the bottle until I got to my desired amount. Even then, it did feel a little heavy, so I went back to my brow pencil and fluffed it out with the brush side to make things look a bit more even. Once all was said and done, I liked the results! And I love that my brows didn't feel crunchy throughout the day, which is a huge win in my book."

"I'm truly having a love affair with this brow duo. The pencil has enough color payoff and still looks natural. And can we talk about its oval shape? It makes it really easy to fill in sparse areas without needing to spend a ton of time drawing in tiny hairs. The wax is equally as satisfying if you want to fluff your brows up and keep them in place all day long."

"When it comes to my brows, I'm pretty low-maintenance. I just stick to a clear drugstore brow gel and hope that they don't move throughout the day. Using a brow pencil is pretty intimidating for me because I fear that I'm too heavy-handed, but this two-in-one pencil made it super easy to avoid harsh lines and blend them out if they did somehow end up there. My brows are 10 times fluffier and feel slightly tinted without a whole lamination routine or a super-waxy finish. I'm a fan."

"I'm lazy when it comes to my eyebrows—I want them to look as good as possible, but I also want to spend the least possible amount of time on them. That's why I often reach for brow gels. This one is next-level. It perfectly shapes and fills my brows, and it lasts all day without feeling like I have anything on at all."
