Laura Mercier's Beloved Setting Powder Has a New Honey Shade
Sponsor Content Created With Laura Mercier
I've participated in a million makeup trends over the years—dramatic lips, winged eyeliner, bright shadows, to name a few—but my recent obsession has to be the no-makeup makeup look. I'm not sure if it's a stay-at-home thing (who really feels like getting glammed up right now?), but every cool girl I follow on Insta is sporting the same look, so I know I must be onto something.
For now, I'm skipping the foundation and turning to Laura Mercier to shop the products that'll help me achieve a more subtle look. Think a bit of concealer, some highlighter dusted along cheekbones and the bridge of my nose, and a dab of blush or bronzer on my cheeks, and then I'll top it all off with the most important part, translucent setting powder. This sets everything in place and adds a flawless, long-lasting (seriously, up to 16 hours long) matte finish to my skin. And now the brand’s cult-favorite setting powder comes in a new Honey shade for medium skin tones, so I like to think that it was basically made for me. (But don't worry, it comes in two other shades, too!) The formula is weightless so you'll never look cakey, plus it blurs fine lines in photos so you can take that perfect Instagram selfie to show it all off. Keep scrolling to shop the makeup I'm using to look like I'm not wearing any at all.
