The Duchess of Cambridge Just Made Zara Look So Expensive

Step into any office in Manchester, London or Leeds, and you're bound to see at least one pair of black Zara culottes. They've become a reliable staple in British women's working wardrobes. Today, they got the royal seal of approval, as the Duchess of Cambridge wore a £30 pair of black wide-leg, cropped culottes with a polka-dot blouse by Equipment tucked into the high waistband.

Of course, this isn't the first time that Kate has worn Zara—she's worn statement necklaces, skinny jeans, navy blue blazers and striped midi dresses from the high-street giant. Today, Kate made a surprise visit to the Sunshine House Children and Young People's Health and Development Centre in London, and opted for a simple, discreet look that was smart but still felt relaxed.
