Kate Middleton Wore a Beautiful Holiday Blouse Straight From the Sale Section

Since she easily mastered the art of dressing for royal events, it's no surprise that Kate Middleton could readily become proficient in Zoom-appropriate meeting attire. What does that entail, exactly? While the Duchess of Cambridge is used to putting together complete head-to-toe looks, including shoes and bags, online events call for all the focus to be placed on your top half. The Kate Middleton way to do this: Find a beautiful blouse and let it do all the talking.

For a new video call to support Future Men, Middleton wore a Michael Michael Kors Printed Pleated Blouse ($189), which is currently on sale and selling out quickly. The gold medallion print is so festive and the pleats add some pizzaz to the classic button-down shirt silhouette—in other words, it's the perfect comfortable blouse for the holidays.

Kensington Palace further explained how the Duke and Duchess have supported the Future Men charity. "During lockdown they have kept in touch via virtual one-to-one drop-in sessions, sharing tips on how to deal with pressure, speak openly about their feelings, and continue to provide the best care for their children during challenging times," the palace explained on Instagram. Scroll down to see what Middleton wore for her newest Zoom call.

Associate Director, Fashion News

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
