I Just Found 22 "Wow" Pieces That Look Far More Expensive Than They Are
Sponsor Content Created With Karen Millen
When it comes to style, I'm all about excess. I'm going through an OTT phase in which even my wardrobe staples have to have something a little extra about them. Maybe it's post-pandemic loungewear fatigue or the excitement of a new season, but whenever I'm scrolling online or browsing in-store, I find I'm always drawn to those eye-catching statement pieces. Just check my saved folder—it's filled to the brim with feather-trimmed trousers and those rhinestone-clad influencers who always happen to know where the after-party is.
If you're like me and also find yourself weak at the knees for a little full-throttle glamour, I implore you to head to the Karen Millen Pre Fall edit immediately. With more sequins than Cher's costume department, this edit is high-octane fashion that's good enough for Studio 54, Ibiza and beyond. Think serotonin-inducing hues, molten metallics and diamanté fringe. Wherever these pieces seek to make a statement, they are frankly unapologetic. Don't have a party trick up your sleeve? Lack a sense of rhythm? Fear not—nobody will notice if you're wearing this mirrored disc dress.
And if you're not a 24-hour party person (who is?), this edit includes a multitude of trophy pieces fit for every day: a pink leather blazer here, some jacquard knit pants there and so much more. (I have my eye on these knee-high beige boots.) It's an excuse to dress a little punchier for the office, school drop-off or whatever event your Google calendar has you booked into, and I'm all about excuses.
So pour yourself a martini, browse the Karen Millen Pre Fall edit and have yourself a sensory experience.
This with black pants and a bralette for a night out or jeans and a white shirt for the office is just *chef's kiss.*
One thing I know for certain is that I will simply never tire of feather-trimmed trousers. They're so much more versatile than you think. I'd style these with a graphic tee and boots for casual occasions and a black crop and heels (as pictured) when I'm out out.
I'm all about the leather dress. In winter, I'll wear it with tights, loafers and a shirt or blouse underneath.
Something tells me Carrie Bradshaw would love these…
Do you think this is what Beyoncé meant by "Freakum Dress"?
Elle Woods called, and she wants her dress back.
Wedges are making a comeback, and my feet are thankful.
Think this is cute? Wait till you see it from behind…
I would wear this trench with everything. It's an essential for in-between seasons.
The idea of these with bare legs and a dress is almost making me wish away summer.
With its bow-tie at the back and large key-hole detail, this top oozes understated elegance.
If it has feathers, it's an instant yes from me.
You can never have too many pairs of statement earrings.
Something about these shoes says, "Which way to the dance floor?"
This dress comes in hot pink, too, but this neon lime just packs an extra punch!
