When was the last time you busted out your platform heels? The shoe trend definitely saw a major resurgence in the early 2000s, but Jennifer Lopez is here to tell you that it can look thoroughly modern in 2020. Photographed in Los Angeles, J.Lo wore a patterned coat and matching wide-leg trousers with a simple white tank top, but it was her shoes, in particular, that caught our eye. She wore the sky-high Charlotte Olympia Dolly Plateau Pumps ($486), which renewed our interest in the trend.
In case you need more convincing, this isn't the first time Lopez has endorsed the platform trend. Last summer, she wore the warm-weather version of the look: platform wedges.
