Jennifer Lawrence's Anti-Athleisure Legging Outfit Is Ridiculously Chic

Jennifer Lawrence is one of those mega-celebrities who stay a bit under the radar, but when she steps out and the paparazzi happen to catch her, she's always wearing something amazing. Case in point: This week, in freezing New York City, Lawrence hit the streets wearing a beautiful color-blocked Dior Pre-Fall 19 coat, a Dior Saddle bag, white ankle boots, and Marc Jacobs leggings that don't look all that much like leggings.
The leggings in question are from Marc Jacobs's iconic 1993 Redux Grunge collection, which was re-released late last year, and they're nothing like the athleisure styles that first come to mind when we think of leggings. Lawrence's are green plaid, feature a slightly flared leg, and are made of silk. But like typical leggings, they have an elastic waist and they allow for freedom of movement. It's truly the chicest anti-athleisure legging outfit we can imagine.
