The Lineup is a monthly series where we're giving you an inside peek at the beauty lineups of cool fashion people, editors, makeup artists, hairstylists, and estheticians—all the people we trust the most. Get ready for a behind-the-scenes look at all the can't-live-without products that make their worlds go round.

If photos of the Kardashians, the Hadid sisters, and Kendall and Kylie Jenner are flooding your Instagram like they're flooding mine, chances are Jen Atkin was the mastermind behind their 'dos. She's what The New York Times calls, "the most influential hairstylist in the world," and for good reason. The hair mogul has launched two successful businesses: Maneaddicts.com, a community where hairstylists come together and create content (including how-to guides and reviews of the best hair products on the market), and Ouai, everyone's favorite haircare brand that now has fragrance, bath, and body products that help women feel their best inside and out. Atkin not only has more than 4 million Instagram followers and a roster of celebrity clients, but she's also a new mom. Influential? Yes, absolutely.

"From an early age, I've been obsessed with the idea of transforming someone," says Atkin. "I love how taking care of your hair, makeup, or skin makes you instantly feel better." I couldn't agree more. I've always metabolized beauty as a form of self-care. It lets me express myself in ways that words can't articulate and helps me feel more confident in my skin. "I think it's important to invest in tools that will help you to maintain the health and glow that makes us all feel better in the morning," Atkin tells me. "And whatever you do, do not pop that pimple!"

As for products that give you youthful-looking skin, Atkin's go-to is NuFace. "A professional micro-current treatment can be a few hundred dollars for each session, so this at-home device is a great one-time investment for glowing skin. As a new mom, it's a game changer when I only have a few minutes to dedicate to self-care between feeding my son and jumping on Zoom meetings." What else can you find stocked in Atkin's bathroom vanity? Keep scrolling for 17 of her favorite beauty products. BRB—I'm texting my friends about each one.
