Unicorn Skinny Jeans: The New Trend That's Sweeping the Internet

Anything and everything that's associated with unicorns has a tendency to go viral these days (read a theory about that here), but not all of those things are actually chic. The iridescent sheen that conjures images of the mythical horned creatures can come across as juvenile or tacky, but a pair of skinny jeans I just came across on Shopbop just might change my mind and yours.

Celeb-favorite denim brand L'Agence just released a pair of its signature Margot Skinny Jeans in a shade called Iridescent, and they're as unicorn-inspired as they come. The brand's ultra-popular style is both flattering and comfortable (because, stretch), and this is how Shopbop describes this particular pair: "These sleek, iridescent L'Agence jeans guarantee dreamy shimmer (and compliments!) anywhere you go, from the sunny side of the street to the lights of the dance floor." That description clearly made an impact, as despite being a brand-new arrival, the '80s-inspired jeans are almost completely sold out. A quick check around the internet (including on L'Agence's own site and Barneys) solidified that people are on board, as they're nearly sold out on those sites as well. (Don't worry, though, as Saks is still fully stocked.)

These unicorn skinny jeans seem to be the first of their kind, but given the number of metallic skinny jeans I've seen cropping up online, I wouldn't be surprised to find more iterations in the near future. Shop the instantly popular unicorn skinny jeans, as well as a few metallic styles, below.
