Fashion people have been blessed with some insanely stylish TV shows and movies as of late, including Cruella and HalstonBut House of Gucci promises to take the cake when it comes to on-screen fashion. Not only does it star the dream duo of Lady Gaga and Adam Driver—which is reason enough to see it—but it's also based on the fascinating and wild true story of the Gucci family. Mark your calendars: It will be released on November 24, 2021.

I won't spoil the plot if you haven't brushed up on your fashion history, but let's just say there's a dash of murder, a sprinkling of high-stakes power grabs, and a healthy dollop of betrayal. Oh, and don't even get me started on the outfits. The movie spans the '70s, '80s, and '90s, so get ready to see plenty of decadent Italian high-fashion outfits on Lady Gaga, who plays the wife of Maurizio Gucci. Scroll down to watch the first House of Gucci trailer.

Associate Director, Fashion News

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
