This Designer-Looking H&M Blazer Is Sure to Sell Out Quickly
All of a sudden, September is upon us. I don't know about you, but I've found myself scrambling to freshen up my wardrobe with sleek hero items that will carry me through the month (and all of autumn) in style. Maybe it's the back-to-school energy that's ushering us in this direction, or perhaps it's the change in seasons and the need to wear an extra layer. Either way, I'm on the hunt for hard-working pieces that will polish my look with no extra effort.
Akin to a well-tailored pair of trousers, a great structured blazer is a wardrobe pillar, able to elevate the most casual of outfits. So I couldn't help but notice when H&M came out with a perfect iteration, and then again when the brand expanded its colour range.
Who What Wear UK Editor Emily Dawes wearing the H&M Single-Breasted Jacket.
Available in pinstripe, beige, grey and black, H&M's single-breasted blazer is everything we've been looking for. The wool-blend fabric is slightly thicker than your typical blazer, wearing well if you're in the need for a little more warmth later in autumn. Falling to about hip height, the slightly oversized fit is perfect for layering underneath, and the generous lapel delivers the workwear hit we're looking for this September and beyond. Not bad for £55.
Wear with a white tee and jeans, like Who What Wear UK affiliate editor Emily Dawes, or turn up to the office in style and pair with wide-leg trousers and a chic blouse.
