This Sneaker Company Sells "40,000 Shoes in 2 Minutes"

Kim and Kanye are at it again with another fashion magazine cover, and the couple's joint interview in the September issue of Harper's Bazaar is filled with interesting tidbits, from their favorite song to their hidden talents. The Q&A also covers Kanye's famous fashion line and just how popular the shoes from each collection are.

We all recall the excitement that ensued when Kanye's Adidas collab launched or when his Pablo pop-up went up, so it's no surprise that Yeezy pieces are just as hot. Kanye notes that although he didn't go to fashion school, he had access to members of fashion's elite, including Off-White creative director Virgil Abloh and Vetements' and Balenciaga's Demna Gvasalia, who also worked on Yeezy Season 1.

As he reflects on his brand's success, West adds, "Anyway, I want to say a controversial thing for this article... What designer on the planet can sell, consistently, 40,000 shoes. In two minutes?"
