Fashion Girls Agree: These Are the It Sunglasses of Fall 2016

In case you haven’t noticed, cat-eye sunglasses have taken a hold of the fashion world this season, and they don’t appear to be letting go anytime soon. Whether oversize or slim, the bold throwback style is everywhere. One brand in particular has created the best version that we’ve seen thus far, and fashion insiders appear to agree. Any guesses? The answer is none other than Gucci.

Alessandro Michele clearly has a knack for making anything he touches even more special, thanks to his unparalleled attention to detail. As such, these aren’t just any cat-eye shades. The retro frames come in two sizes, both adorned with engraved metallic feathers and stars (which are right on the money with the celestial trend that’s currently happening). The sunglasses are still available in a plethora of shades on Gucci’s site, but they just sold out on Net-a-Porter and are in scarce supply across the web. It girls Jeanne Damas, Pernille Teisbaek, and Sofia Richie were wise to snag theirs early.

Keep scrolling to see how flattering they are and then shop them for yourself before it’s too late!
