It's hard to believe we've officially entered a new decade, but it's here, and the It crowd is celebrating the best way they know how—with a red carpet. Tonight is the highly anticipated 2020 Golden Globe Awards, and already, the red carpet is swarming with everything from naked dresses to inventive beauty looks.
