Gigi Hadid Just Wore Uggs and Jeans Like It's 2002

Wait, what year is it again? While I'm currently living in the reality that is 2019, taking one look at Gigi Hadid's most recent outfit has me questioning whether I've time traveled back to the early aughts. You see, the model was spotted leaving a photo shoot in NYC earlier today wearing jeans and Ugg boots, an outfit that pulls major inspiration from the decade's style icons like Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Beyoncé, and so many others.

Hadid's outfit was comprised of light-wash jeans with heavy fraying and short black Ugg boots, which she styled with a sequined blazer and space-y shield sunglasses from her Vogue Eyewear collection. To be quite honest, there are so many 2000s-era trends in her outfit that I'm not even sure which style feels the most nostalgic. Since the fashion world has been keen on recycling trends from the late '90s and early '00s these days, Hadid's Ugg boots outfit is probably just the first of many throwback looks on the horizon.

Scroll down to see how she wore her Ugg boots and jeans and keep reading to see more celebrity Ugg-and-jeans outfits from the decade.
