Gigi Hadid Won't Be in the VS Fashion Show—Read Her Announcement
The Victoria's Secret Fashion show will only have one Hadid sister this year. In 2016, Gigi was there to support Bella, who was walking in the event for the very first time, but now Bella will be the only one traveling to Shanghai. In a tweet, Gigi wrote a sweet note explaining that she'll be cheering on all the other models at the show.
"I'm so bummed I won't be able to make it to China this year," Hadid wrote in the post. "Love my VS family, and will be with all my girls in spirit!! Can't wait to tune in with everyone to see the beautiful show I know it will be, and already can't wait for next year! :) x." The announcement was made very last-minute, as the show tapes on Monday, November 20. Here's hoping she'll come back to the iconic event in 2018.

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 14 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Kate and Meghan stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible.
