Gigi Hadid Wore a Sold-Out Version of the $55 Sneakers Every Fashion Person Owns
Don't get us wrong. No one gets all dressed up quite like Gigi Hadid. For proof, count the runway appearances. Yet very few things make us happier than spotting the supermodel in a casual mood, dressed in the coolest, most effortless-looking off-duty outfits. Between leggings and Ugg boots, she always manages to make us see wardrobe items that we, too, often overlook in a totally new light.
Such was the case on Tuesday when Hadid was photographed in New York City wearing an oversize polo-neck sweater with slouchy gray trousers and a pair of low-top Converse from the sneaker brand's recent, nearly sold-out collaboration with Moncler. Sure, she's wearing a glorified groutfit, but that doesn't make it any less chic and worthy of a copy.
Her specific choice of Chuck Taylors will undoubtedly be hard to get your hands on, especially since they're only available in men's shoe sizes, but Converse's OG Chucks—a forever favorite in the fashion crowd—are always in stock. Even better, they only cost $55. Shop the brand's most popular styles below.
