Penelope Cruz Is the Perfect Donatella Versace in This Chilling New Trailer
We can hardly stand the anticipation: The long-awaited new TV show The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story finally debuts on January 17, but now we have the first official trailer to tide us over until then.
Our favorite part of the trailer? Penelope Cruz's masterful portrayal of Donatella Versace grieving for her brother. "I will not allow that man, that nobody, to kill my brother twice," she says in the clip. We also get a peek at the chilling character of serial killer Andrew Cunanan, played by Darren Criss.
If this trailer is any indication, we're in for a lot of glamour, suspense, and amazing acting in the new TV show. You know where you'll find us on January 17—glued to our TVs watching the sure-to-be-riveting premiere.

Next up, Kim Kardashian West just revealed the gender of their third baby.
Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
