It may have been a few years since French style influencer and fashion blogger Garance Doré stepped away from the limelight, but the photographer, illustrator, and writer is back in a big way and with a new endeavor. The original lifestyle and style icon has entered the beauty field with her eponymous line, Doré, with its first three hero products being inspired by French pharmacy skincare essentials.
These days, Doré is living and working in London, and we got a glimpse at some of her favorite rituals to help start her day. Keep scrolling to see how she takes care of herself from the inside out.
6:30 A.M.
As soon as I wake up, I'll have coffee and water, but I don’t tend to eat right away. I have a big appetite except for in the morning!
7:30 A.M.
Early mornings are mostly when I chat with my family. I am so happy to be in London and in similar time zones with them!
Then I'll write my diary, which I’ve done for many, many years. I used to do it on my phone, but lately, I’ve felt like writing on paper again.
8:30 A.M.
After that, it’s time to walk my dog, Lulu! I live nearby a giant park in London, and it's become a crucial part of my health and wellness routines. I try to walk for at least an hour every day in the park. It's a great time to think, reset, and feel the passing of the seasons.
9:30 A.M.
If I have a minute, I’ll go to Pophams Bakery and get this delicious yogurt bowl. After that, it’s writing time. I'll sit at my desk for a few hours and type away while still in my pj's and drinking coffee.
11 A.M.
It took me forever after the pandemic to get back into a workout routine. Now, I love Pilates. I usually go to the 11 a.m. or 12 p.m. class at the studio that’s about a 20-minute walk from my home.
12:30 P.M.
Okay, now that the workout is done, it's time to shower! I love dry-brushing. I’ve tried many different brushes, and my favorite one is still the good old Goop one. It's the perfect texture!
I also love a simple, easy routine, and my Doré products, including Le Cleanser, La Crème and Le Baume, are all my sensitive skin needs!
