Gabrielle Union Wore Every Editor's Go-To Uniform for a Date With Dwyane Wade
There are plenty of stylish couples in Hollywood, but if you asked me to choose a winner, there's only one that comes to mind: Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade. And for proof, all you have to do is look at their coordinated Prada outfits for date night, which included a TV premiere followed by dinner (casual).
The first stop of the evening—the third-season premiere of the Apple TV+ crime series Truth Be Told, which Union will now be starring in—saw the actress wear a green, pink, and black beaded Prada gown chosen by stylist Thomas Christos Kikis. Her husband of nine years likewise chose the Italian fashion house to dress him for the occasion, working with Jason Bolden to put together a charcoal suit worn with a logo-adorned black turtleneck and patent-leather boots.

To balance out the night, the couple then headed out to dinner in Los Angeles, where Union ditched her gown for a far more casual alternative. Keeping touches of Prada—her shoes are one of the brand's most-wanted styles at the moment—she slipped into every editor's go-to uniform for, well, everything and everywhere: vintage jeans and an oversize blazer. Comfortable and low-key, the duo is a tried-and-true favorite for those who need to look put-together but don't have time to craft something complicated. It's also perfect for a post–major event dinner and date.
