"See you in August" is a phrase I've used way too much recently, joking at just how much I have going on between now and the end of the summer. I'm not sure how it happened, but before I knew it, my calendar was chock full of all sorts of trips for bachelorette parties, weddings, baby showers, birthdays, vacations, and more. This summer is quickly shaping up to be one of my busiest to date: Mexico City, The Hamptons, Copenhagen, Boston—these are just a few of the destinations I’ll be heading to between now and Labor Day. I don't think my suitcase will ever make it back into my closet, it will just be a fixture on my bedroom floor as it pivots in between trips.
With all these plans comes the best part of planning any trip: the shopping. I’m adding so many cool pieces to my cart for all this upcoming travel and while each trip is a bit different, the pieces I'm eyeing are as vacation-worthy as they are versatile and will surely be heading straight into my suitcase. As for what my shopping list is looking like? There are the polished linen pieces for a Hamptons getaway, coordinated swimsuit-and-coverup looks for the beach, laid-back Scandi separates for Copenhagen, and plenty of cool summer staples in between.
