A fresh fall wardrobe is synonymous with new jeans for me. I think it might be the whole back-to-school feeling (despite being out of school for many, many years). I typically secured a new pair of denim for the year around this time growing up. Anyway, the fall 2024 collections were filled with forward denim silhouettes. While there are several fantastic options to pick from, three cuts stand out for me.

In fact, I can guarantee that the chicest fashion people I know (including my fellow fashion editors and friends) will wear one or all of these jeans over the next few months because they’re cool, modern, and relevant. Keep scrolling to check out the three denim trends that will be most popular this season, along with visual and shopping inspiration.

Cuffed Jeans

Whether pre-cuffed or cuffed on your own, cuffed jeans will continue gaining major traction for fall 2024. The look feels cool and gives any look an elevated yet laid-back vibe.

Barrel-Leg Jeans

Barrel-leg jeans are here to stay for fall 2024. This highly forward cut is in every chic fashion person's wardrobe and just about every It denim brand has its own iteration of this trending style.

Low-Rise Baggy Jeans

Baggy jeans aren't going anywhere, and it's the lower-rise silhouettes that will bring that cool twist to a look. Try styling your favorite pair like the above with an of-the-moment utility or barn jacket and sneakers.
