This British Style Muse Is Always Ahead of the Curve—5 Cool Pieces She's Wearing Right Now

A look back at my Who What Wear stories will tell you that not only do I have a penchant for British fashion, but I also have a proven admiration for the style of British fashion and lifestyle influencer Lucy Williams. I mean, how could I not? Williams's outfits are always chic and incredibly cool all at once. One thing that dawned on me recently is that her ensembles seem to always be ahead of the curve, much like the Olsen twins. She'll wear one thing, and months to years later, the fashion community follows suit—myself included.
This season there are five key pieces that Williams has been wearing that have caught my eye. From a cardigan with a classic print to a stellar night-out top and elegant winter hat, each cool piece is guaranteed to bring your outfit to the next level. Keep scrolling to see how Williams styles them all along with my top picks for getting each inspiring look.
Argyle Cardigans
This classic print gets a cool-girl makeover with the latest styles that lean preppy but with an edgy, fashion-forward touch. Try it in both fitted and oversize styles.
Striped Rugby Tops
A sporty striped top like this one offers a casual-cool touch to any outfit and can be easily paired with everything from jeans to pants to skirts.
Shearling Hats
Dressing stylishly for cold weather can be a tricky situation. This luxe winter hat is a surefire way to remain warm during these months without sacrificing style.
Fringe Night-Out Tops
Williams is a master at party dressing, and the way she styled her chic fringe top is proof. This top style makes a fun statement and provides beautiful movement while on the dance floor.
Tiger-Print Pieces
We are in the midst of a leopard-print renaissance at the moment, but Williams reminded me of how equally impactful tiger-print can be—whether it's a blazer, dress, or pants.
