39 Items All of My Chic NYC Fashion Friends Are Buying From Zara

Look, I don't know what to tell you other than this: Sometimes Zara is just *really* good. Over here in New York, my fashion-industry friends have been highly active on the group thread of late, buzzing about some of the designer-vibe Zara pieces we're spotting on-site. I'm personally of the belief that Zara thrives during these cooler months when the retailer drops some pricier pieces—particularly the expensive-looking leather items (both genuine and vegan) that typically ring in under $400 and always sell out. But there are also plenty more affordable fashion finds, including chic knits and cool footwear around the $50 mark that are perfect for this not-quite-spring time of year.
Obviously, since it's Zara, the product runs deep and it can be a serious undertaking to find some of the best pieces (hiding far away from the homepage). You're welcome to consider it a personal favor that I've compiled some of our most talked-about Zara items for you to peruse, many of which we've already purchased and are possibly wearing at the exact moment you're scrolling this story. I apologize in advance if anything's already sold out—but that's just how it goes with the hottest Zara items, and we got there first.
I had a lengthier-than-you'd-expect conversation about how these creamy jeans feel extra polished thanks to the hidden hook fastening above the zipper (instead of your usual button).
Highly recommend getting ahead of spring's pastel pink trend (and pairing it with brown, like so).
In case you're in need of some chic brown trousers to wear with your new pink top.
For all of us who scour vintage stores and markets for cool leather bomber jackets but never find a good one.
A little something to remind me on a 35-degree day that, eventually, it will be summer.
If you never got around to buying a barn jacket, this might be your sign.
A little rain jacket for everyone who doesn't want to buy an ugly rain jacket.
One day, in the midst of a "what do I wear to this thing" crisis, this is the dress that's going to get you out the door.
This vest is speaking to me, and no, I'm not taking questions at this time.
