You're Only One Under-$400 Purchase Away From a Stronger Spring Wardrobe
This spring's fashion is shaping up to be a good time, particularly if you're someone (like me) who's always on the lookout for cool and casual-yet-chic versions of classic items, plus some gently on-trend things to style with them. There's loads of room for those transeasonal staples you might have invested in already—and if you haven't, it feels like there's more on offer than usual in the way of wear-on-repeat spring pieces with the power to instantly upgrade an outfit.
In a much-appreciated continuation of the past few seasons, 2025's trends so far are feeling extremely accessible. Should you care to propel yourself into the realm of fashion-forward outfits, it's achievable with minimal effort, and perhaps more importantly, without spending a fortune. I've curated the below slew of on-trend apparel and accessories to prove it. Every single one of them is under $400 and ready to add that extra something to your spring wardrobe.
This spring is basically a competition to find the softest pinks.
You will 100% be seeing me in these jeans.
St. Agni is so good when it comes to accessories that are cool but low-key.
Spring means lightweight jackets, and funnel-neck styles are the moment.
I have a similar jacket from Mango (this one, in faux leather), and it's got me very into this silhouette.
Hear me out: The above suede jacket, over this set.
Okay don't get mad, but last year's pedal-pushers have staying power.
Buttery hues are back (and perfect to pair with all your burgundy bits and pieces).
"How to make your denim outfit look more expensive in one easy step."
A gentler silhouette, for those of us who are still a bit scared of barrel-leg jeans.
If you find yourself wearing black tailored trousers on repeat, may I introduce you to this column skirt from The Frankie Shop?
New from Madewell—and if their last drop of Mary Janes is anything to go by, these will sell out in a flash.
Excuse me one sec while I buy this necklace.
Relaxed silky pants are set to be an outfit hero again this season.
Just here to say that we've been under-estimating the power of a pair of white jeans...
Don't you just want to wear this perfect pointelle-knit tee...
Don't think for a second that our love of giant, belted bags is going away with the new season.
