I'm a Former Revolve Buyer—These 27 Items Are on My "Buy for Winter" List

As anyone who's familiar with shopping from Revolve knows, perusing the site isn't merely a pastime. It's full-on sport. Since the site is home to hundreds of brands and weekly, if not daily, new arrivals, that means contending with thousands upon thousands of options, making it an exhilarating and daunting experience.
We'd argue that nobody knows the site better than Sara Walker. Walker spent three years as a junior buyer on the Revolve team, where she oversaw the entire outerwear and ski segments as well as denim, some swim, and resort styles. Prior to that, she was on the styling team at Fwrd (Revolve's luxury sister site), so it's safe to say that she knows both sites like the back of her hand. Plus, she still shops them whenever she gets the chance.
We caught up with her to chat about all things winter 2024 fashion. Walker shared her list of the Revolve buys she's focused all of her attention on, from the leopard-print coat that basically styles itself to the flats that could pass as Bottega Veneta and the perfect dress for anyone with upcoming wedding invites. Take notes—these 27 items are the foundation for a chic and of-the-moment cold-weather wardrobe. You can easily spend hours doing a Revolve deep dive, or you can simply sit back, relax, and enjoy Walker's curated assortment of winter finds that do all the legwork for you. The choice is yours!
Sara Walker's Winter Shopping List From Revolve
"I love having a pop of color in my wardrobe and a statement dress. Since the dress is bold, I would style with all-black accessories so that the dress is the star of the show."
"Great price point for such a staple piece. I have a similar style and wear it casual over my workout clothes or dressed up over jeans, a tee, and pointed-toe mules."
"How good is this color and fit? I am eyeing it for an upcoming wedding I have."
"Perfect heel height for everyday. This style can be dressed up or down."
"I have these and get compliments all the time. Everyone asks if they are Bottega Veneta."
"I wore these every day of NYFW—they're comfortable and go with everything. I also think the low heel is very practical."
"My everyday earrings. I have them in gold and silver. I think they are so comfortable and lightweight!"
"I feel like everyone is always looking for the best going-out top. I think I have found it in this top. It is chic and easily pairs with denim, trousers, or skirts."
"I have a collection of cardigans, and I think I need to add this butter-yellow one to my wardrobe!"
"Everyone needs a good black skirt in their rotation. This one from Clyque is a great fit and price point."
"I'm obsessing over all things red/burgundy. These seem like the perfect shoe for winter."
"I love animal print, especially snake for winter, so these are a must. I like a fun shoe because then I can wear a very simple outfit, and the shoe is the center of attention."
"I have sent this link around to all my friends. I think everyone needs this!"
"I own these in two colors—they are that good! Comfortable, flattering, and work with just about any outfit."
"These were one of my most lived-in pairs of jeans last winter. The wash and the crop fit are flattering and feel very winter-forward."
"I will admit I own four pairs of these shoes and have walked miles in them. Comfortable, cute, and for $120!"
"I love everything Helsa (one of my favorite brands on Revolve!), but this blazer is one of the best styles from her collection."
"I have a feeling we will be seeing a lot of polo styles this season, and this is the perfect one!"
"Another noteworthy pair of jeans. Comfortable and cool girl. These are best worn slouchy with a flat or a loafer."
"I didn't realize how much I needed a pair of red shoes until I bought these. They are one of my most-worn shoes in the past month."
"The subtle navy color of this dress makes it wearable but different than the other black dresses in your wardrobe."
"I love all polka-dot styles, and this is at the top of my wish list. I love the midi length."
"A fresh take on the trench [that's] especially great for L.A. winter since it never gets too cold."
"My most-worn coat last fall/winter, hands down. It is warm and so easy to layer. I wore this from workout classes to fancy dinners. It is so versatile and cozy!"
The original has since sold out, but this is a similar alternative.
"Everyone needs a black clutch in their closet, and this one is very high-quality."
