I know I am not the only one who considers a French perspective when setting out to do some major shopping, especially during a great sale. Today was no exception as I explored the major sales happening at Gap and Banana Republic right now. I kept the question "What would a French woman buy?" in mind as I perused all the sale options from both retailers. I'm happy to report that I was more than satisfied with the discounted gems I found.

For the most part, elevated basics are what took over my virtual cart, including standout sweaters, classic jeans, effortless dresses, and sleek boots. Some trendier finds made their way in as well, like a statement cherry-print minidress from Gap. Keep scrolling for all the sale details and to shop the incredibly chic French-inspired picks that caught my eye.
