Shopping online for a living means that my brain is basically a catalog for every important fashion item that's worth knowing about right now. If there's a buyworthy fashion item somewhere on the internet—from the luxury items that are defining cool style this season to the affordable finds that are selling out at lightning speed—I already know about it. I even know when an affordable item has the fixings of a piece triple its price.
Since Zara just dropped a bunch of fresh spring items, I spent an afternoon browsing the retailer's new arrivals and spotted so many luxurious items that capture the designer vibe I've been chasing with my own wardrobe. While nothing will ever truly replicate a genuine designer item, there are certain elements that come very, very close—whether that is a certain trending funnel neckline on a leather jacket, a sweater with a built-in scarf, or a pair of pumps with a round-toe shape that's just right. I went so far as to calculate how much I'd have to spend on my dream designer spring wardrobe and how much the below Zara items would save me, and if the net sum you read above isn't impressive enough, the 30 finds you're about to see will certainly wow.
Some of the coolest denim brands on the market right now are doing drawstring waistbands like this, and I'm such a fan.
These look like the pair Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber both wore recently, but they have one less zero on the price tag.
If it comes with a built-in scarf, there's a good chance it's ending up in my cart.
Cinch-waist jackets are what all the early adopters are wearing right now
This slightly rounded toe is everything I want in a pair of pumps right now.
Even the COS alt of this viral The Row sweater sold out in record time, so I expect nothing less for this even-more-affordable Zara version.
The designers who tend to set the trends are all showing glove shoes, which only means one thing.
Tory Burch just featured track pants on its fall runway, so you know what that means.
Lace is something that can often look cheap, but this slip dress is far from it.
