I can't explain it, but when I know a fashion find will become popular, I just know. Call it intuition or a sixth sense, but I've got a gut instinct with these kinds of things, and not to brag, but I've always been right.
Since H&M just dropped a bunch of fresh fall items, I spent an afternoon browsing the retailer's new arrivals and decided my favorite pieces were too good not to share. Between a Chloé-esque dress and fresh barrel-leg jeans, I'm betting the 31 buys below will hardly be in stock by the time October rolls around.
