The Top 3 Trends a Celebrity Stylist Is Recommending This Fall
When she’s not working with big names like Lupita Nyong’o, Jennifer Hudson, and Hilary Swank or acting as the official Armi Captain at luxury rental and styling platform Armarium, celebrity stylist Micaela Erlanger also divulges her fashion expertise in our Ask a Stylist column. From the best places to source vintage to the secret to finding your most flattering jeans, come back each week for a professional’s perspective.
With summer coming to a close and fashion week right around the corner, I’m in full fall mode when it comes to planning my clients’ upcoming looks. Red carpet aside, the three major trends I’m looking forward to and suggesting to all my A-list clients this season are modern Western pieces, anything leopard print, and fresh plaid prints.
While all three trends might not be for everyone, I do recommend testing out at least one. Consider a nod to the Western trend through a new pair of modern cowboy boots or cool fringe jacket, or explore the latest leopard looks by adding a new purse or boots to your wardrobe. Either way, a new season calls for a subtle style refresh. Shop my top picks for fall below.
