I Need Some Fresh Office Outfit Ideas—5 Looks That Have My Attention
One of my favorite things about fall is that back-to-school feeling in the air. Now, my days of heading to the classroom are behind me, but I do like to treat myself to a little "back to the office" shopping. (I do go into the office year-round, but that's beside the point.) Below, I've rounded up five stunning, simple, and elevated outfits to re-create. Many of these consist of some fall and winter basics you already own and love like a solid pair of trousers, chic loafers, and cashmere crewnecks.
Keep scrolling to take a look at the office outfits I’ll be wearing this season.
Suede Button-Down + Trousers + Clogs + Tote Bag
This outfit feels so easy, but the fabric of the shirt and the formality of the trousers make it a laid-back office-day look. I'm a big fan of the oversize framed glasses Elsa Hosk styled this look with. I need to get my hands on the exact pair she has.
Crewneck Sweater + Belt + Straight-Leg Jeans + Heeled Mules
This is the kind of outfit that has "me" written all over it. It's simple, stylish, and composed of all of the best basics I love for fall. I normally stick to blue denim during the fall months, but this outfit is inspiring me to experiment with beige jeans this season.
Column Skirt + Button-Down + Leather Belt + Pumps
A good column skirt has been an office-day staple for me. When styled with the right button-down and pumps, this look exudes a powerful, professional aura.
Button-Down + Sweater + Belt + Trouser + Pumps
Layering a good sweater over a button-down always has that put-together vibe that's perfect for a workday. You'll be seeing me wearing this look in the next few weeks.
Knit Top + Loafers + Trousers + Leather Belt
Nothing says chic office wear like a stunning polo sweater. I'm particularly into the color combination of this look. I always reach for black trousers for fall and winter, but a cream pair looks so elevated. The leather belt is the perfect cherry on top of the look, in my opinion.
