I Like My Outfits With a Hint of Trendiness—I Saved These 6 Immediately

I'm sorry to be that person, but yes, I'm already thinking about fall. I've never been one to thrive in hot weather and since fall happens to be a shorter season, I need to prepare my looks in advance. (We can't let any time be wasted.) I'll still be wearing my sundresses and linen sets while I can, but I've started to save a few outfits so I know exactly what I'll be wearing when my favorite season begins. I love trying out a trend but I like to strike the balance between trendy and minimal, and I think the outfits below do exactly that.

If you're a planner like me and are looking for some autumnal inspiration, I've found six trend-forward and easy outfits you're going to want to see. Bring on the knitwear, leather, and boots galore. Keep scrolling to get your dose of fall 2022 fashion.

Cargo pants have made a comeback from Y2K, and this is the perfect way to elevate them this fall.

I've been wearing maxi skirts all summer and I'm gladly taking them into the fall. Instead of breezy button-downs, I'll be pairing them with tall boots and leather blazers.

Weather can be moody, so layering will be your friend. It's time unpack those sweaters and throw them over a basic white tee.

When in doubt, a double-denim look will never let you down.

For a transitional weather look, leather shorts save the day. This outfit involves only three pieces but the leather shorts offer a trendy touch, making it the perfect minimal yet forward ensemble.

Shocking hues of pink have been everywhere lately, and I'm on board. Most of my sweaters are neutral, but now I'll be investing in a bright pink option to the change things up.
