I’ll admit that Zara and I have an on-again, off-again relationship, but lately, we are in a very hot-and-heavy period of on-again. I am wildly impressed with what the retailer has been delivering for the summer months, and I have been stocking up on so many good picks. I made a promise to myself that this year I would only purchase pieces that look expensive and elevated. With that said, that doesn’t mean I’m throwing budget out the window.
