As evidenced by practically every celebrity and the street style of F/W 17 NYFW, puffers made a big return last winter, and it's looking very much like that will be the case again this season. Honestly, we're hoping it stays that way for every winter to come because there's simply no other jacket style on the market that compares to a puffer in terms of warmth. Not only that, but it just might be our favorite jacket style to wear with leggings and skinny jeans in the winter, as the voluminous fit perfectly complements the slimness of the pants.

Luckily, no one considers puffers frumpy or drab anymore, as brands have reinvented the winter staple to ensure it's as flattering and cool as the rest of your outerwear. The latest to do just that is Everlane, which released a line of four covetable puffer jackets: The Lightweight Puffer (for milder days), The Short Puffer (for cold days), The Long Puffer (for seriously cold days), and The Winter Parka (for the coldest of cold days). In true Everlane fashion, the jackets come in at a very reasonable price point (each is under $200) and are available in an array of wearable colors. The water-resistant material is stuffed with cozy PrimaLoft and designed to be flattering despite the serious insulation, so now the hard part is just deciding which color to buy…
