I Wore EmRata's Favorite Perfume for a Week, and Now I'm Never Going Back

Over the past six months, my priorities have drastically shifted. Maybe it's because I'm five months into 25 or because it's still early enough in the year to say, "new year, new me" (is it?), but somewhere along the line a switch flipped, and now I'm going to bed before midnight, solidifying my eight-step skincare routine, and taking vitamins. But that's not all—finding a signature scent is high up on my to-do list, too. There's something powerful about walking into a room with the sweet smell of the freshest flowers following you, and I'm determined to tap into this energy, so I tested one of the most popular and celebrity-approved fragrances, Viktor&Rolf's Flowerbomb Eau de Parfum ($142) for a week.
Out of all the fragrances I could have tried, Flowerbomb was an easy winner for its high ratings alone. (I'm talking 4.4 stars and above.) It's sweet but sexy, strong but fresh, and floral but not overpowering. I like to think of it as a luxe bouquet of flowers that never dies and just so happens to come in a glass bottle. The combination of jasmine, orange blossom, and patchouli is magnetic. And based on the DMs that flooded my inbox when I posted about Flowerbomb on Instagram Stories, everyone agrees. After wearing it for a few days, I found myself throwing it in my purse before jetting out the door or running back up the stairs of my apartment building if I forgot it. I've never felt attached to a fragrance in this way, but Flowerbomb tends to have that effect. It's a celebration of femininity that builds confidence with just one spritz and leaves you feeling like the most powerful person in the room, so it only makes sense that Emily Ratajkowski is the new face of this iconic fragrance.
EmRata is known for her modeling career, her best-selling book, My Body, and of course, her court-side outfits. Whether she's walking down a runway, taking her dog for a stroll in NYC's West Village, or spearheading a conversation about reclaiming her body, Flowerbomb is the hidden accessory following her around. I'm taking a page out of EmRata's book and making Flowerbomb my signature scent. If you've also officially become a Flowerbomb fan, keep scrolling for some more Viktor&Rolf favorites below.
