Emma Roberts has been keeping busy filming the second season of Scream Queens as of late, but she’s still making time to find the cutest stuff from Forever 21. (She clearly has a knack for that.) Her latest outfit is perfect for the late summer to fall transition, thanks to an on-trend $18(!) top from the fast-fashion retailer. The fact that the top has long sleeves and an autumnal print but is still lightweight makes it the ideal transitional piece, and the tie at the neck is a major blouse trend this season. She paired it with two of her wardrobe staples—denim cutoff shorts and block-heel sandals. Considering it’s under $20, we’re surprised that Forever 21 hasn’t sold out of the blouse yet, but we can’t see that being the case for much longer, especially given its new celebrity endorsement.
