Ella Emhoff and Her Stylish Boyfriend Wore These Spring Jacket Trends Out in NYC

The coolest couple of 2021 thus far has presented itself, and we're here for it. Ella Emhoff, the Brooklyn-based It-girl daughter of Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff and stepdaughter of Vice President Kamala Harris is dating GQ's senior associate editor Sam Hine. The very stylish duo (Emhoff attended Parsons School of Design and is an on-the-rise model) was out for a walk in the West Village this week, both wearing spring jacket trends that are perfect for ringing in April.

Both wore jackets by OG workwear brand Carhartt, with Emhoff in a shacket-style one (technically a chore coat) and Hine in a Harrington jacket. Based on Hine's recent GQ story 25 Reasons Why You Should Share a Wardrobe, perhaps they borrowed from each other's closets, or at least went shopping together. We'll probably never know, but if their spring jackets have inspired you to shop for one yourself, keep scrolling for the coolest options for each trend.
