I Buy All My Basics at Nordstrom—These 30 Expensive-Looking Finds Made It to My Cart
I like to think I have a superpower for spotting pieces that look way pricier than they are. It comes in handy more often than you might think, especially once everyone became infatuated with quiet luxury. After the summer of elevated basics, it looks like we're all still loving this minimalist, expensive-looking trend for the coming fall months. With fall being one of fashion's favorite seasons, I figured it'd be the right time to use my powers for good, so I rolled up my sleeves to find the best of the best when it comes to expensive-looking items for fall. On my mission to find all things that subtly say, "Yeah, I'm rich," I found all of the elevated basics you can think of and then some.

If you've been looking for a new tote bag, this one is so good (and under $90).
I'm obsessed with the Reformation x Kacey Musgraves collaboration, especially this miniskirt.
I'd grab these while they're $100 off. Plus, the small heel makes them super comfortable.
I know this dress is a little on the pricey side, but you'll wear it all fall and winter long and for years to come.
I always recommend a good red shoe in your fall/winter rotation. I would wear these with a straight-leg pair of jeans and sweater or a dress.
This dress was sold out for so long. I'm definitely grabbing it now that it's back.
Sleek pumps are a must-have in your fall footwear collection.
This open-front cardigan comes in so many colors, but I love this oatmeal beige shade.
If you're on the hunt for the perfect white tee shirt, look no further.
Two-tone watches just feel more expensive to me.
Cozy sweats perfect for a travel day or cozying up by a fire during the colder months.
