20 Homeware Finds Our Editors Are Buying Instead of Clothes

I'm a big fan of Dinosaur Designs, for both its jewellery and its homewares. The new Swim collection is inspired by hues of the ocean, and as I've moved to the seaside, it feels pretty apt! The colours and effect of its signature bowls, trays, jugs and vases are just so fascinating. 

I just bought these last week, as I thought they looked very expensive! I have a couple of different sets of candlestick holders, and they're quite loud, so it's good to have subtler candles to pop in them. 

I'm obsessed with a rattan! We've been very slow decorating our house, and I wanted the bedroom to feel really retro. These swirly peacock bedside cabinets definitely look like they're out of the '70s. 

My husband keeps getting houseplants, so we keep needing to get plant pots to put them in! Arket does these very chic, plain terracotta flower pots with saucers that make watering easy. Plus, they'll never go out of fashion. 

Etsy isn't all dreamcatchers, you know! There are some really skilled craftspeople on there creating unique designs. These ceramic lamps are on my saved list. I'm just waiting on a room that they could work in.

This statement vase will be a welcome addition to your coffee table. It looks fab on its own and even better filled with seasonal blooms. 

I love a chic coffee table book, and this one is at the top of my list right now. 

Now this would definitely be a splurge, but look how pretty it is! Better yet, it'll make your house smell amazing. I'll keep the ramekin after I'm done and repurpose it to house my makeup brushes. 

I've been on the lookout for a big soup bowl (I'm an avid consumer of pho and ramen, especially in the winter months), and I think this might be the perfect one.

Modelled from a vintage cast-iron martini table, I've had my eye on this side table from The White Company for well over a year. The perfect place to perch a cup of coffee or an old fashioned on a chilly autumn evening. 

I've got a thing for cottage-like interiors, and always find myself gravitating towards embroidered accents. I've seen Trapunto quilted cushions online for three times this price and almost bought them, so I'm glad I've since discovered M&S's more affordable option. 

I love filling my home with fresh flowers, but with two dogs and a husband with allergies, faux is the way to go. Hudson Home has the best faux flora I've ever come across. I particularly like its pre-made bunches. 

Though I'm not usually one to match my furniture, I let out an audible squeal when I saw this footstool, which Cox & Cox has just released to match the occasional sofa I bought last year. It'll go in front of my large beige sofa with a sheepskin throw I already own thrown over the top. 

I've got quite the glassware collection already, but this hand-painted carafe and matching tumbler are hard to resist. Petra Palumbo is based in Scotland, where I live, and I love knowing that buying this will support a talented independent maker on my doorstep. 

Having recently moved into her new home, influencer Monikh Dale has been adding colourful touches to her space, including this set of glorious Murano glass tumblers. 

Terracotta lamps usually come with hefty price tags, so we were surprised to learn that Monikh's new Zara Home lamps come in under the £100 mark.
