Even the Duchess of Cambridge Can't Resist This Huge Spring Trend
The Duchess of Cambridge usually avoids the trends you'll see coming in and out of Zara, favouring classic pieces that will look timeless for years, but even she can't resist the biggest accessory trend of the year. Of course we're talking about oversize statement earrings. At the opening night of 42nd Street in London last night, the Duchess of Cambridge wore a Marchesa Notte crimson lace gown, but it's her earrings that make this more than your typical Kate Middleton look. Instead of her usual diamonds or subtle drop earrings, the Duchess wore a pair of novelty red earrings adorned with playful tassels and pom-poms. Given the usually rapid Kate effect, it's surprising these $88 Kate Spade earrings still available to buy now.
